Cooking is therapeutic, healing, and exciting for me, and my travels inspire me to experiment with bold spices and different flavor profiles while still keeping every dish comforting and familiar.

I’m classically trained and constantly learning
I learned to cook at home and then professionally through Johnson & Wales University, building on that foundation with many varied experiences over the years. I’ve also worked as a chef educator, and I love giving back what I’ve learned.

I lead with love, nostalgia, and hospitality
Love is my first ingredient, and I build flavor from there. I also lean into nostalgia, recreating the dishes you grew up with so your table feels personal, warm, and unforgettable.
